Returns and Refund Policy

Gregor’s Marine is committed to providing genuine OEM marine parts backed by clear, consistent, and dealer-level return guidelines. Please review the following information carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned within 60 days of receipt when all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused and uninstalled
• The item is in new, resalable condition
• Original manufacturer packaging is intact and undamaged
• All manuals, tags, hardware, and components are included
• A return authorization has been approved prior to shipment

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.

Gregor’s Marine reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Fitment Responsibility

Gregor’s Marine may provide part lookup assistance and fitment guidance when available. However, final responsibility for confirming compatibility rests with the customer prior to placing an order.

Returns requested due to incorrect fitment may be accepted at Gregor’s Marine’s discretion unless the item is classified as:

• A special order item
• An LTL freight shipment
• An electrical or electronic component

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact our team prior to purchase if compatibility or fitment is uncertain.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Electrical or electronic components of any kind
• Ignition components
• Sensors, modules, ECUs, and computer-based parts
• Wiring harnesses, electrical cables, switches, relays, fuses, and gauges
• Trim and tilt components
• Complete outboard engines
• Propellers once packaging has been opened or installation has occurred
• Special order items
• Items shipped via LTL freight
• Closeout, discontinued, or vintage items
• Installed, used, damaged, or altered items
• Items returned without original manufacturer packaging

Due to the sensitive nature of electrical and electronic components and the inability to verify handling or installation conditions, no exceptions can be made for these items.

Defective Items and Manufacturer Warranty

Most OEM parts are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Gregor’s Marine does not provide independent warranties, expressed or implied.

If a product appears defective:

• Contact Gregor’s Marine as soon as possible
• Do not install or operate the item
• Retain all packaging and documentation

Gregor’s Marine may assist customers in initiating the warranty process in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.

Acceptance of a product for inspection does not constitute an admission of defect or liability. Final warranty determinations are made solely by the manufacturer and may require inspection prior to resolution.

Refunds and Restocking Fees

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

The following conditions apply:

• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on manufacturer requirements and item condition
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Restocking fees may be waived at the discretion of Gregor’s Marine if the return results from an error made by Gregor’s Marine.

Return Shipping

The following policies apply to all approved returns:

• Return authorization is required prior to shipment
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Gregor’s Marine error
• Return shipments should be insured for the full value of the item

Return shipping instructions will be provided once a return authorization has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters fulfillment or is transmitted to an OEM distribution partner.

Orders that have entered fulfillment must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Non-returnable items cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.

Return Instructions

Once a return authorization has been issued, please follow these instructions:

  1. Carefully package the item and ensure all manuals, tags, hardware, and accessories are included.

  2. Do not write on, tape, or damage manufacturer packaging, as this may render the item non-returnable.

  3. Place the item inside a protective outer shipping box.

  4. Clearly include your order number inside or on the package.
