Unless otherwise stated, all products sold through this website are new and genuine OEM parts.
Fulfillment Process
Orders may ship from one of the following locations:
• Gregor’s Marine local inventory when available
• Approved OEM distribution partners when operationally appropriate
This flexible fulfillment model allows us to deliver authentic OEM parts efficiently while maintaining product traceability and manufacturer supply chain standards.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.
Processing times may vary depending on:
• Product availability
• Manufacturer handling time
• Order volume
• Shipping destination
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are calculated during checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Gregor’s Marine is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Manufacturer handling delays

Shipping Costs
Orders shipping within the continental United States that exceed $100 may qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted.
Certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items may be excluded from free shipping, including but not limited to:
• Gearcases
• Complete outboard engines
• Large marine components
Shipping charges for excluded items will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to shipment if required.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method
• Delivery location
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Gregor’s Marine made an error with the order.
Outboard Engine Shipping Requirements
Complete outboard engines must be shipped to a physical street address.
PO Boxes are not permitted for engine shipments.
Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or incorrect delivery information do not void applicable cancellation, return, or restocking policies. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once an order leaves Gregor’s Marine or an approved OEM distribution partner, responsibility for physical delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If a shipment arrives damaged:
• Retain all original packaging
• Document the damage with photos if possible
• Notify Gregor’s Marine within 48 hours of delivery
Lost or damaged shipments are subject to carrier investigation and claims procedures.
International and Non-Continental U.S. Shipping
Orders shipping outside the continental United States, including:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• International destinations
may be subject to additional shipping charges regardless of order amount.
Shipping times may also be extended due to destination and carrier handling.
Customers are responsible for all applicable:
• Import duties
• Taxes
• Customs fees
• Country-specific import charges
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
Return Shipping
Return shipping procedures are outlined in the Return Policy.
Key return shipping guidelines include:
• Return authorization is required prior to shipment
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Gregor’s Marine made an error
• Return shipments should be insured for the full value of the item
