Gregor’s Marine is committed to delivering genuine OEM marine parts with accuracy, reliability, and dealer level accountability. Our fulfillment process is designed to balance speed and authenticity while maintaining the service standards expected from an authorized marine dealer.
All products sold are new and genuine OEM unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fulfillment Process
Orders may ship from:
• Our Local inventory, when available
• Approved OEM distribution partners, when faster or operationally appropriate
This flexible fulfillment model allows us to deliver authentic OEM parts efficiently without compromising accuracy, traceability, or accountability.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after placement. Processing time may vary based on:
• Product availability
• Manufacturer handling time
• Order volume
• Shipping destination
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Gregor’s Marine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Orders shipping within the continental United States over $100 qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise noted.
Some oversized, heavy, or specialty items, including but not limited to gearcases and complete outboard engines, are excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, or handling requirements. Shipping charges for excluded items will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to shipment if required.
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method
• Delivery location
Shipping charges are non refundable unless Gregor’s Marine made an error with your order.
Outboard Engine Shipping Requirements
Complete outboard engines must be shipped to a physical street address. PO Boxes are not permitted for engine shipments. Signature confirmation may be required at delivery.
Failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or undeliverable addresses do not void applicable cancellation, return, or restocking policies. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once an order leaves Gregor’s Marine or an approved OEM distribution partner, responsibility for physical delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
• Retain all original packaging
• Notify Gregor’s Marine within 48 hours of delivery
Lost or damaged shipments are subject to carrier investigation and claims procedures.
International and Non Continental United States Shipping
Orders shipping outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, are subject to additional shipping charges regardless of order amount.
Shipping times may be extended due to destination and carrier handling.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and country specific charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country.
Shipping availability and restrictions may vary by product and destination.
Return Shipping
Return shipping procedures are outlined in our Return Policy.
• Return authorization is required prior to shipment
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Gregor’s Marine made an error
• Return shipments should be insured for full value
