This website (“Site”) is owned and offered by Outboard Marine, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. Who We Are

Outboard Marine, LLC is an authorized Suzuki Marine Dealer.

Product Authenticity

All parts sold by Outboard Marine, LLC are new and genuine OEM products unless explicitly stated otherwise. Outboard Marine is an authorized Suzuki Marine dealer and sources products directly from manufacturers or approved OEM distribution partners.

2. Orders and Fulfillment

All order processing including but not limited to fulfillment, payment capturing, returns, data storage, warranties, and customer service is handled by our Fulfillment Partner "Gregor's Marine" ("Partner", "partners")

When you place an order:

  • Your order is fulfilled by Gregor's Marine

  • Shipping times and availability are controlled by Gregor's Marine

  • Product questions, issues, and disputes must be directed to Gregor's Marine

Outboard Marine, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, inventory errors, damaged goods, or order issues.

Outboard Marine, LLC:

  • Does not stock inventory

  • Does not ship products

  • Does not process returns

  • Does not handle warranty claims

  • Does not provide product service

Gregor's Marine is solely responsible for order fulfillment and all product-related matters.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims must be handled directly with our fulfillment partner.

Outboard Marine, LLC does not:

  • Issue refunds

  • Accept returns

  • Provide warranty service

  • Make product defect determinations

4. Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are provided by Outboard Marine,LLC via Suzuki Marine.

We do not guarantee that product information is error-free or current. Gregor's Marine may correct errors, change pricing, or cancel orders.

5. Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

We are not responsible for payment processor errors, declined cards, or banking issues.

6. Boating Safety & Assumption of Risk

Boating and marine equipment use involve serious risks, including injury, death, property damage, vessel damage, and equipment failure.

By purchasing or using any product displayed on this Site, you:

  • Accept all risks related to boating and marine activities

  • Agree you are responsible for safe installation and operation

  • Agree to follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings

  • Agree to comply with all boating and maritime laws

Outboard Marine, LLC and it's partners is not liable for inproper installation or misuse of products, they do not inspect vessels, or supervise marine use. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outboard Marine, LLC or it's partners are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Vessel or property damage

  • Product defects

  • Shipping issues

  • Lost profits or indirect damages

All product-related claims must be directed to Gregor's Marine or the product manufacturer.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Outboard Marine, LLC or it's partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your boating activities

  • Your installation or use of marine products

  • Product-related disputes

  • Violations of law

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Site

  • Copy or reproduce Site content without permission

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

10. No Warranties

This Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees about:

  • Product performance

  • Product safety

  • Shipping timelines

  • Availability

All warranties, if any, are provided by the part manufacturer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes related to the operation of this Site must be brought in the courts of Pinellas County, FL.

Product-related disputes must be resolved directly with Gregor's Marine.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, and product specifications at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees are calculated at checkout.

Fitment Responsibility

Gregor’s Marine provides part lookup assistance and fitment guidance when available. Final responsibility for confirming compatibility rests with the customer prior to placing an order.

Gregor’s Marine is not responsible for incorrect fitment resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing customer-provided information.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping and fulfillment terms are outlined on the Shipping & Fulfillment page. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Gregor’s Marine is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damages beyond the remedies provided by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Cancellations

Return eligibility, procedures, and order cancellations are governed by the Return Policy page.

Return authorization is required prior to shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Gregor’s Marine made an error.

Warranties and Defective Products

Gregor’s Marine does not provide independent warranties, expressed or implied.

Most OEM parts are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Gregor’s Marine may assist with warranty claims as a courtesy but does not assume responsibility for manufacturer decisions.

Acceptance of products for inspection does not constitute an admission of liability.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes have no cash value and are subject to expiration. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Discounts apply only to qualifying items. Shipping, taxes, and exclusions may apply.

User-Generated Content

Gregor’s Marine may allow customers to submit reviews, images, or other content. By submitting content, you grant Gregor’s Marine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or informational purposes.
